Simplifying the Process for Your Convenience

Our team ensures a hassle-free and comfortable experience by meeting you in the comfort of your own home. We strive to make the process simple and unintimidating.

At the meeting, instruction taking is conducted and personal circumstances fully discussed together with any particular concerns or issues the client may wish to discuss. Suitable options will then be given and fixed prices for the work given. Such quotations will not be varied. We then, following the meeting, request Authority to Proceed allowing us to commence drafting.

Subject to this, draft documentation will be produced and sent to the client within 21 days of the Authority to Proceed. Once the drafts are approved (and this may be after making amendments) the documents are sent to execute “the Attestation” process, which involves the signing and witnessing of the final (engrossed) documents.

We then request the final signed documents back to place into document storage (where applicable).
